1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Pinpoint you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Pinpoint lets you add GPS coordinates and descriptive metadata to your photos. Photos you edit in the browser editor are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, limits and trial terms are shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. See the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, resell it without permission, or use it to violate the law or the rights of others.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and metadata. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the features you use.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
