- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Manage billing and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free.
- What happens when I change plan?
- Upgrades start immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
- How does the free trial work?
- Verified accounts get one 7-day Pro trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends.
- Do you offer discounts?
- If you have a promotion code, enter it on the Stripe checkout page. Yearly billing is also cheaper than monthly.
- What if a payment fails?
- We email you and keep your plan for a short grace period while Stripe retries the card. Update your card in Manage billing.
